        Even for those individuals who have a hard time believing that these Dolmens, now visited by thousands of Anastasia's readers, could offer anything other than comfortable shade, they reportedly have had profound effects on even doubtful visitors. These effects are described in various ways and even your cynical editor seemed to have been "tricked" into some amazing discoveries.
         My first visit to Russia could have been a difficult experience, had it not been for your careful and circumspect planning, Yuri. You had thought of every detail to make my individual journey a nurturing, fascinating and adventuresome trip, picking just the right support people, all of which were doing 150% of their job. I don't know what I would have done without you. Thank you for the gift of an unforgettable trip!

What surprised/affected you most in Russia?
(1) Tekos School, even more amazing than I thought. (2) The spiritual power of the Dolmens.. I think I told you Yuri that I wrote a story set in the future based at the Tekos School. It turned out to be uncannily similar and far better than I imagined. The energy and creativity in the place was phenomenal. (3)Vedruss festival was wonderful - we even had a Ukrainian bard singing us a beautiful Anastasia inspired song especially for us.
Your personal experience with a certain dolmen.
I lay down on a Dolmen in a forest near Pshada. There was a cool breeze and I was worried that I might get cold and wished that I had something warm to cover my chest. At the very moment of my wish, a large black kitten leapt out of nowhere, on to my chest, snuggled into me and kept me lovely and warm for the next hour!!!!! I am not even a cat person but this cat and I were totally in love with each other. I felt very healed by it and its warmth and love is exactly what I needed. At another Dolmen I had a vision of Jake my husband and knew that we had been together at the time of the Dolmens and were soulmates.

The trip was magical with all the ups and downs as any tours go. I was fascinated by the country side, the extent of the dolmen heritage and its influence on local people. Schetinin's school was outstanding. Spent an entire day with the children at the school. I am determined to go back to the school for a more extensive period.

        What surprised/affected you most in Russia?
The Russian Soul is still very much alive (eco-village movements, etc.), despite all the political and economical changes over recent years and decades. Also, Russians are masters in improvisation.
         Your personal experience with a certain dolmen?
I felt that that I have met a certain dolmen or the entity that was in the dolmen before (in a previous life). The energy of the dolmen resonates with your own personality and helps to answer certain questions you have or cleanses you of certain blockages. All of a sudden you have an answer that you were looking for a long time and/or feel relieved of something that has troubled you for a while.
         Your spiritual discoveries/revelations?
Understanding and pursuing your dreams is most important. Don’t be deceived by perceived challenges. They are only there to confirm the sincerity of your undertaking(s).
         Was it important for your personal/spiritual development?
Very important. Not to be missed. I am so happy and thankful that I did it.
         Your advice to people wishing to go but hesitating over the challenges and circumstances?
One needs to realize that the more spiritually advanced a tour is, the higher the challenges are that have to be overcome. Everybody is being tested if he/she is REALLY ready for it and wants it.

        How do you assess your journey on importance for your personal/spiritual development?
I have made 3 other spiritual/personally transformative journeys before, generally they all have a similar feeling which comes first with a 'calling' and help me shift to the next level within my own transformative process. The reason for the trip to Russia was quite obscure to me initially, I was not exactly sure what id be working on or with, its process was more subtle than the other journeys I've taken and the effects also but at the same time the effects feel quite deep, subtle yet deep. So it goes high on my list!.
         Your advise to people wishing to go for the tour: Don't wish ! Just do it !
